Job summary

You will enter quotes, process sales orders, follow up on quotes, and use ERP/MRP tools to track orders and performance metrics while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience in a customer facing / support position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to use Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Industry knowledge or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and support to sales initiatives.
• Enter quotes and sales orders promptly with team assistance.
• Follow up on quotes to drive success and expedite orders.
• Work with Purchasing to meet inbound requirements and timelines.
• Maintain knowledge of Hodell-Natco product offerings and 100% ERP utilization for key accounts.
• Use HNI portals and reporting for effective customer management.
