D&H Distributing is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a hybrid role based in Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL. You will support sales with customer inquiries, orders, and CRM updates while helping maintain high customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

The role integrates sales support with customer service in a collaborative, employee-owned company that offers a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use PC, phone, calculator, fax, printer, copier.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via calls about ETAs, pricing and inventory.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Maintain customer data in the CRM and respond to emails/IMs.
• Process orders and returns via phone, email and EDI in our proprietary system (CCA).
• Support Sales Reps and accounts, assist with bids and quotes.
• Attend training sessions and adhere to company policies.

Formação académica

Associate's degree or higher

1–3 years office/customer service experience
