Service Partners in Tampa, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information to customers.

You will work closely with Outside Sales, Production, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The role requires strong communication, basic math, and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1–2 years in customer service or inside sales.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Travel: local (<10% work travel)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch and provide order support.
• Provide product information to customers and processing dealer orders.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Production, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
