Job summary

D&H Distributing Co. is seeking a customer-facing professional to blend sales and service duties in a hybrid role based in Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL. You will support sales teams, answer inquiries, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include order processing, CRM updates, and cross-functional collaboration with reps. The ideal candidate has office or call center experience and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1–3 years of office or call center customer service experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of inbound calls and inquiries.
• Provide product and service information.
• Process orders, returns, and quotes in CRM and our software.
• Maintain professional image across phone, email and chat.
• Meet service level targets and deadlines.
