Jensen Precast is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to manage a diverse local customer base. You will handle inbound calls, walk-in customers, and coordinate with project managers and engineers to build strong relationships.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will use ERP to produce quotes, process orders, and support post-sale activities. The role emphasizes multi-tasking, safety, and a commitment to long-term career growth within Jensen Precast.

Qualifications

• Customer service background with a focus on construction preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and order-quoting workflows.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound phone calls from customers looking for product quotes, purchases, or other inquiries.
• Assisting with all walk-in customers and sales calls.
• Producing quotations using the ERP system.
• Coordinating order processing with Project Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Outside Sales team.
• Assisting with post-sale customer support, submittal information and order entry.
