Qualifications

• Prior customer service or sales experience in a similar setting.
• Experience with industrial safety products or rental equipment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn RentalMan.
• Detail-oriented with good planning and time management.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to inquiries about products, services, pricing.
• Enter orders by phone, fax, email, and web-based systems.
• Ensure documentation and terms are complete.
• Maintain customer accounts and update databases.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and other departments.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor open orders and backorders to prevent delays.
