Hamburg Overhead Door, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative in Western New York. You will engage customers by phone, email and in person, promote products and services, and build strong relationships to drive revenue.

You will leverage CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities, process orders, and provide timely resolutions. A competitive hourly wage accompanies a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' customer service experience required.
• Minimum 2 years' inside sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide exceptional service.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities; upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue (Not cold calling).
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop product knowledge to communicate features and benefits effectively.
• Record keeping: maintain CRM records and sales activities.
• Process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns accurately.
• Educate customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products.
