Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone and email, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Process orders and edit orders for price and specifications.
• Provide pricing, shipping dates, and product information to customers.
• Assist customers with website navigation and online orders, including returns and shipping inquiries.
• Coordinate with production/shipping to expedite or trace delays and ensure on-time delivery.
