Parksite is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to guide our inside sales and customer service operations in South Windsor, CT. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of inside sales or customer service leadership in building products or distribution.
• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong product knowledge of plywood, panels, laminates, and related building materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, train, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, service standards, and accountability measures to improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily inside sales operations including quotes, orders, pricing support, inquiries, and account management.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support account growth and cross-sell building products.
• Analyze sales data and forecasting information to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
