Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in inside sales or call center.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set sales quotas, track performance, and take corrective actions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Coach and develop inside sales team members.
• Monitor call flows and CRM data accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize asset availability and sales fulfillment.
• Provide weekend/holiday coverage as necessary.
