Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales/operations.
• 10+ years in sales operations leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Experience collaborating across departments and driving operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize sales processes, data management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Partner with General Manager and COE of Sales to align initiatives.
• Provide weekly/monthly forecasts and inventory impact insights.
• Coach and develop the sales team to meet performance goals.
• Maintain CRM data quality and support reporting and planning.
