CT Pest Solutions is seeking a reliable Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Connecticut. You will communicate with customers, provide information about pest and wildlife services, and sell services via phone, email or text messaging to commercial and residential clients.

Responsibilities include answering calls, creating estimates, scheduling work orders, and following up on pending proposals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle inquiries.
• Experience in customer service or inside sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, emails and text messages.
• Providing information about services via phone, email and text messaging.
• Create estimates/service agreements for current or prospective customers.
• Scheduling and entering work orders for pest control and wildlife services.
• Follow up on pending estimates and service agreements.
• Collect past-due receivables and resolve scheduling conflicts.
