Dead River Company is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to drive inside sales and build strong customer relationships in South Portland, ME. You will handle incoming and outbound calls, understand customer needs, and recommend solutions that boost sales while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in inside sales or call center sales using telephone sales techniques.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from prospective customers and sell Dead River Company products and services.
• Develop knowledge of departments, products, services, and delivery schedules to cross-sell and upsell.
• Promote enrollment in price protection programs through consultative telephone sales.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts, document interactions, process credit card payments by phone.
• Retain customers and pursue new opportunities during account transitions and moves.
