Job summary

POOLCORP is hiring an Inside Sales Associate in Dallas, TX. You will assist customers at the counter and by phone, answer product questions, process orders, and provide recommended solutions to ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

You will build relationships with customers while supporting showroom and basic warehouse duties, with a focus on service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfort interacting with customers.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and basic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and availability.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders; restock showroom merchandise.
