Job summary

Stoneway Electric Supply is seeking an Inside Sales - Counter Sales Representative in Seattle to assist customers in person and over the phone, enter orders, review and pull orders, and ensure on-time delivery with clear communication.

You'll work with purchasing, account managers, quotations specialists, and branch personnel to provide competitive quotations while building product knowledge and applying strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Related sales experience preferred and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional phone and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone and enter orders in the system.
• Review and pull orders, follow through on delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, account managers, quotations specialists, product champions and branch personnel to provide competitive quotations.
