Consolidated Supply Co. is seeking an energetic Inside Sales person to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. You will act as the main liaison between branch outside salespeople and customers, handling orders, quotes, credits, and product specifications via phone, email, or in person.

You bring at least one year of inside sales experience, excellent communication, and a drive to meet sales and margin goals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accurate order processing are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of plumbing counter sales or inside sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales and margin goals and gain new customers.
• Demonstrates quality sales techniques and customer service skills.
• Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team member.
• 40 wpm and good computer software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and its products to current and prospective customers by phone, email, or in-person at the branch.
• Serve as liaison between branch outside salespeople and customers.
• Provide price quotations, product specifications, and application assistance.
• Write and coordinate customer orders and credits for delivery or will call.
