Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and enter orders accurately.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, manage CRM records, and support forecasting.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet clinical needs.
• Coordinate shipments, track demo equipment, and handle returns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
