Job summary

CQ Medical is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through inbound and outbound sales activities, lead generation, customer engagement, quote management, and accurate CRM administration.

This role responds to customer inquiries, enters orders, schedules shipments, resolves and documents complaints, and engages in upselling and cross-selling when appropriate to clinician patient needs. It is 70% Customer Service and 30% Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of customer service experience; inside sales or consultative selling preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide World-Class Customer Care in interactions with medical professionals and buyers.
• Learn a large, complex product portfolio to guide customers accurately.
• Recommend upsell and cross-sell products to meet clinical needs.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on customer quotes with accurate pricing and terms.
• Enter orders and maintain CRM records for forecasting and reporting.
• Ship and track demo equipment for Territory Sales Managers and customers.
• Build strong customer relationships with timely, professional communication.
• Coordinate handoffs and review opportunities with Territory Sales Managers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success for a seamless experience.
• Receive, resolve, and document complaints; coordinate returns as needed.
• Communicate ship dates and handle repairs/parts inquiries.
• Support daily department operations and share customer feedback with the sales team.
