Overview

An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for making outbound phone calls to generate interest in HR HealthCare’s general medical and urology products and build relationships with new and existing customers.

The primary objective of the Inside Sales Representative is to create a pipeline of qualified leads and close opportunities. This position partners closely with an outside Territory Sales Manager w/in an assigned region.

This is a remote position and seeking candidates who reside in the Atlanta, GA.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop a sound understanding of HR HealthCare’s products, including potential uses, target users, product capabilities, and features and benefits to end customers;
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of competitive products, if any, and how HR HealthCare’s’ products are differentiated from competitive products;
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the acute and non-acute medical distribution model and the interplay between Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and distributors and healthcare facilities;
  • Routinely engage with existing and potential customers through phone calls and e-mails to generate qualified leads and opportunities and convert customers to HR HealthCare’s products;
  • Employ effective sales strategies and techniques to increase engagement and understand customer needs and objectives, gather relevant information, learn about the purchasing process, and effectively present HR HealthCare’s products;
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at existing and potential customers within your territory and utilize those relationships to influence purchasing decisions and convert customers to HR HealthCare’s products;
  • Utilize external resources including GPO and distribution representatives and resources to engage with existing and potential customers, generate leads and opportunities, and ultimately convert customers to HR HealthCare’s products;
  • Leverage HR HealthCare’s customer and sales data to uncover additional sales opportunities with existing clients;
  • Achieve monthly key performance indicators which include, but are not limited to, making a required number of daily calls and sending e-mails, generating the required number of sample kits, and achieving a required number of wins within your territory;
  • Utilize HR HealthCare’s CRM system and document all customer activity in the CRM system;
  • Support the Inside Sales Manager and perform related duties as assigned;
  • Adhere to all HR HealthCare’s policies and procedures, and understand HR HealthCare’s Values, Mission, and Vision;
  • Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be a team player.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in HR HealthCare’s CRM and related sales tools;
  • 1-3 years of proven inside sales experience (pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience a plus but not required);
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively;
  • Demonstrate effectiveness working independently and in a team environment;
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills; and
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
