CQ Medical is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities, lead generation, and customer engagement. The role partners with field Territory Sales Managers to respond to inquiries, enter orders, schedule shipments, and document complaints.

You will learn a broad product portfolio for radiation oncology, provide guidance to clinicians, and maintain timely CRM records to forecast opportunities and support sales targets.

Competenze

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of customer service experience; inside sales or consultative selling experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide World-Class Customer Care in interactions with radiation oncology medical professionals, hospital buyers, and other key customers.
• Learn a large, complex product portfolio to provide customers with accurate guidance and support.
• Recommend appropriate upsell and cross-sell products to meet the clinical needs of customers and their patients.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on customer quotes, ensuring product compatibility, contract pricing, and terms are accurate.
• Accurately enter orders and maintain timely CRM records of all customer interactions, leads, quotes, opportunities, and pipeline updates to support forecasting and reporting.
• Ship and track demo equipment for Territory Sales Managers and customers.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely follow-up, and respond to customer inquiries and issues with accuracy and urgency.
• Partner with the Territory Sales Manager as the main point of contact for all customer needs.
