CQ Medical is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities, lead generation, quotes, and accurate CRM administration in a fast-paced medical devices environment.

The role is 70% Customer Service and 30% Sales, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to learn a complex product portfolio to support clinicians and hospital buyers in Utah.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of customer service experience; inside sales or consultative selling preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; typing accuracy 40 wpm.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer inquiries, enter orders, schedule shipments, and resolve complaints.
• Provide quotes, manage pricing terms, and maintain CRM records for forecast reporting.
• Upsell/cross-sell products to meet clinician’s patient needs and coordinate with Territory Sales Managers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams for a seamless experience.
