CQ Medical is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative in Colorado to drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities, lead gen, quotes, and CRM management. You will collaborate with field sales and cross-functional teams to meet clinicians' patient needs and ensure accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years in customer service or inside sales preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to learn complex medical products and systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented with multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care to radiation oncology professionals and buyers.
• Handle quotes, enter orders accurately, and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with Territory Sales Managers to advance deals and upsell when appropriate.
• Respond to inquiries, ship demos, and manage parts/repairs questions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success for a seamless experience.
