Job summary

NorthEast Electrical, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Full-time Inside Sales Representative in Woburn, MA. You will handle orders by phone, in person, and through our Digital Tools, while growing sales and gross margin.

You will provide product information, demonstrate our online ordering options, and participate in training to leverage digital tools for customers. A strong focus on service and technically aware sales is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 Year College or Vocational School preferred with emphasis on electrical and construction industry.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate websites effectively.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and gross margin; take orders over the phone, in person and via our Digital Tools.
• Enter stock, special, direct and back orders as required.
• Provide customers with information and demonstration of our online solution for fast and easy ordering through our website.
• Participate in ongoing training for Digital Tools.
• Utilize resources inside and outside the company to assist in closing sales and providing service.
• Promote our digital tools to enhance the customer buying experience.
• Perform outreach calls to new and existing customers to drive business and increase market share.
• Back up and assist the counter.
• Perform other duties as required by Manager.
