You will enter and review orders, ensure pricing and specifications are accurate, and collaborate with production and other internal teams to meet deadlines. The role emphasizes relationship-building with customers and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or B2B customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using email, spreadsheets, order management systems, and other business software.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team: coordinate with outside sales and manage customer requests.
• Manage customer orders: review pricing, quantities, specs, artwork, and deadlines.
• Coordinate projects with estimating, production, and internal teams.
• Build customer relationships: be a dependable point of contact and provide updates.
• Manage quotes and follow-up: track inquiries, quotes, and changes.
• Solve problems: identify challenges and communicate resolutions.
• Identify opportunities: spot needs for additional products or services.
• Improve processes: strengthen workflows and communication to boost efficiency.
