AlphaGraphics Charlotte is seeking an organized Inside Sales & Customer Account Representative to support our outside sales team, manage customer orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In a B2B setting, you will coordinate orders from inquiry to completion, review pricing and deadlines, and build strong relationships with business customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, B2B customer service, account coordination, or a similar customer-facing business role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build professional relationships.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with email, spreadsheets, order management systems, and business software.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach; willingness to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team: Collaborate with outside sales to manage customer requests and move projects forward.
• Manage customer orders: Enter and review orders for pricing, quantities, specs, artwork, and deadlines.
• Coordinate projects: Work with estimating, production and internal teams to meet requirements and timelines.
• Build customer relationships: Be a reliable point of contact for business customers and provide proactive updates.
• Manage quotes and follow-up: Track inquiries, quotes, order changes, and next steps.
• Solve problems: Identify challenges early and coordinate solutions with customers and teammates.
• Identify opportunities: Recognize needs for additional products or repeat business.
• Improve workflows: Strengthen processes and communication to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
