Job summary

Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA is seeking a Training Coordinator for our Marietta, GA facility. You will support training initiatives, maintain LMS data, and assist dealers and staff via phone and email.

You will generate LMS reports, manage activations, load training content, and support ILT classes. Strong communication and organization are essential, with a focus on customer service and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Some College preferred.
• 1-3 years experience helping clients over the phone using a computer.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Previous LMS experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact via phone and email with dealers and staff to support training and LMS.
• Run, edit, create and streamline LMS reports for the manager.
• Daily handling of account activations/deactivations in the LMS.
• Load and verify training modules within the LMS (SumTotal LMS).
• Support ILT classes, sign-in on day one, diploma and finish follow-up in LMS.
• Collaborate with Communications to craft dealer training communications.
• Outbound calls to dealer network regarding registrations.
• Handle mailings for Yamaha and Dealer Management using FedEx.
