Job summary

Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA is seeking a P&A Business Development Specialist in Marietta, GA to drive revenue growth and brand presence. You will research, identify, and implement opportunities across Parts, Accessories, Apparel, Yamalube, and Licensing, while managing licensing contracts and artwork approvals.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes, and you’ll oversee BPA processes,

Qualifications

• BA / BS Degree in Marketing, Sales or other Business-related course of study.
• 3–5 years of Powersports or Motorsports experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of brand marketing experience preferred.
• Must be experienced in sales strategy development, financial and category analysis, consumer marketing, product placement, and competitive and trend analysis.
• Prior Powersports accessory, apparel, or licensing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow Parts, Accessories, Apparel, Yamalube, and Licensing businesses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Coordinate licensees, vendors, and internal stakeholders for apparel and licensing.
• Lead BPA development and approvals with Supply Chain and Legal.
• Manage licensing contracts, track status, renewal dates, and compliance.
• Prepare monthly status reports on sales, inventory, royalties, and projects.
• Travel up to 15% for vendor meetings and consumer events.
