Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA is seeking a P&A Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth and brand presence in Marietta, GA. You will lead opportunities across Parts, Accessories, Apparel, Yamalube, and Licensing, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams.

The role involves managing licensing contracts, artwork approvals, and vendor relations, with travel up to 15% and a focus on brand-aligned product planning and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing or related field required.
• 3–5 years of Powersports or Motorsports experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of brand marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in sales strategy development, financial and category analysis, consumer marketing, product placement, and competitive/trend analysis.
• Prior licensing or branding experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow Parts, Accessories, Apparel, Yamalube, and Licensing businesses.
• Develop and implement growth initiatives with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product).
• Oversee licensing contracts, artwork reviews, and approvals to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate licensees and vendors, ensuring proper trademark usage and brand compliance.
• Lead development of Basic Purchase Agreements and manage licensing presentations.
