Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas Inc. in Neptune City, NJ, seeks an experienced inside sales professional to coordinate all customer communications and drive order processing.

You will handle quotations, application reviews and liaise between customers and our company, with no cold calling and opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

A high school diploma or equivalent, 5–10 years related experience, and strong ERP/MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).
• Experience with Manufacturers’ reps and outside regionals a plus
• Tradeshow coordination experience a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; present information effectively to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract/order administration of customer purchase orders, files, certifications and representations.
• Act as liaison between the customer and our company by phone, email, fax, or in person.
• Coordinate all correspondence for the respective territories by region.
• Provide quotations, application reviews and customer needs assessment.
• Provide updated order status and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain and update open order reports and bookings reports.
