Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales professional to coordinate all customer communications and drive order administration for multiple regions. You will liaise between customers and the company, manage quotations and change orders, and provide technical information as needed.

The role requires 5–10 years of related experience and comfort working with manufacturers’ reps. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with strong MS Office and ERP skills supporting daily

Qualifications

5–10 years of related experience.
Experience with Manufacturers’ reps and outside regionals is a plus.
Tradeshow coordination experience is a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Contract/order administration of all customer purchase orders, files, certifications and representations, customer portals, change orders.
Liaise between the customer and the company by phone, email, fax, or in person.
Coordinate all correspondence for respective territories by region.
Handle quotations, application reviews and customer needs.
Provide technical information to customers as required.
Provide updated status of orders and resolve customer issues.
Maintain and update open order reports, bookings reports, etc.
Work with Manufacturers’ Representative groups and their personnel.
