• Build strong relationships with contractors, repeat customers, and other clients.
• Develop knowledge of HVAC parts, equipment, and manufacturer products.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, counter sales, parts sales, inside sales, retail, or a customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory, purchasing, quoting, or order processing.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or inventory management software.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
