United Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to serve as a key customer contact and consultant at our branch, advising on solutions, quotes, and fulfilling orders for equipment and services.

You’ll build relationships, drive sales, and help grow the branch by nurturing leads, handling walk-ins and calls, and collaborating with Outside Sales. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred and a customer-centric mindset is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies per policy.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer delivery expectations.
• Generate leads for new business and share with Outside Sales.
• Warm call on lost/dormant accounts to retain business.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked showroom.
• Perform other duties as needed.
