Form Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team, build relationships with contractors and customers, and help drive revenue growth in Lansdowne, MD.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the concrete or building materials industry, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and the ability to read plans and communicate effectively with contractors. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete, construction, masonry, or building materials industry.
• Inside sales, customer service, estimating, or contractor support experience.
• Knowledge of concrete accessories, formwork, waterproofing, or construction products preferred.
• Ability to read plans and communicate with contractors.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Support outside sales efforts and identify new business opportunities.
• Track customer interactions and sales activity within our CRM system.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service.
