Delaware County Supply is seeking a Residential Inside Sales Representative in Delaware County to help homeowners and builders find the right building materials and solutions. You will handle product inquiries, drive revenue, process orders, and coordinate with delivery teams while delivering friendly, expert service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service in building materials or construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries and orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners, contractors, and builders with product inquiries and guidance.
• Drive revenue by identifying opportunities, upselling products, and building relationships.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Stay informed about product offerings to provide tailored recommendations.
• Address customer concerns professionally with a solutions-focused approach.
• Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5pm, with a half day on Saturdays on rotation.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive revenue by identifying opportunities, upselling products, and building lasting relationships.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay informed about our product offerings to provide tailored recommendations.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:30am -5pm, and a 1/2 day onSaturday rotation.
