Form Services, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team in Lansdowne, MD. You will build relationships with contractors and customers, respond to inquiries, and drive revenue growth in the concrete industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in the concrete, construction, masonry, building materials industry or related field.
• Experience in inside sales, customer service, estimating, or contractor support.
• Ability to read construction plans and terminology and communicate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Support outside sales efforts and identify new business opportunities.
• Track customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent customer service.
