Form Services, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team in Lansdowne, MD. You will build relationships with contractors and customers, respond to inquiries, and drive revenue growth in the concrete industry.

The role requires knowledge of concrete/building materials, experience in inside sales or contractor support, and strong communication. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits in a full-time, on-site setting.

Salary Range: $21.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Form Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team, build relationships with contractors and customers, and help drive revenue growth. We're looking for someone who understands the concrete industry and can quickly become a valuable contributor to our team.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in the concrete, construction, masonry, building materials, or related industry
• Prior inside sales, customer service, estimating, or contractor support experience
• Knowledge of concrete accessories, formwork, waterproofing, or construction products preferred
• Ability to read plans, understand construction terminology, and communicate effectively with contractors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
