Job summary

DCG ONE in Seattle, WA seeks an Inside Sales professional to maintain, grow and manage client relationships across established and new accounts, with a focus on print production solutions.

You will proactively consult with clients on best practices, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal account support teams to deliver value and drive revenue growth. We offer a base salary with commission and a benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, a 401(k) plan and more.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in sales or project management.
• Some knowledge of print production (1-2 years minimum).
• Experience in the broader marketing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exercise a high degree of discretion to successfully manage relationships with multiple customers and business units.
• Participate in customer strategic business reviews.
• Develop and deliver project pricing.
• Direct and participate in project management.
• Demonstrate technical aptitude by responding to customer inquiries regarding service or by routing to the proper channel or resource.
• Act as a subject matter expert on custom product features for accounts.
• Conduct regular scheduled customer meetings for each account.
• Build lasting relationships and achieve trusted status with customers to help them realize their definition of success.
• Play a transactional role in the invoicing process, process quotes, POs, invoices, etc.
• Report on KPIs including product adoption, revenue growth, etc.
