Job summary

DCG ONE, based in Seattle, seeks an Inside Sales professional to maintain and grow client relationships across accounts, focusing on print production solutions. You will consult with clients on best practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with internal account support teams to deliver value.

The role requires proactive communication, strong collaboration, and the ability to respond to technical inquiries.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of experience in sales or project management.
• Some level of knowledge of print production (1-2 years minimum)
• Experience in the broader marketing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and grow relationships with clients across accounts.
• Consult with clients on best practices and growth opportunities.
• Develop and deliver project pricing.
• Manage project execution and coordinate with internal teams.
• Respond to customers' technical inquiries and serve as SME for custom product features.
• Report on KPIs such as product adoption and revenue growth.
• Coordinate production changes and ensure accurate paperwork.
