Job summary

Automated Logic, part of Carrier, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a structured 18- to 24-month development program. You'll collaborate with sales, estimating, operations, contractors, and customers to build a solid pipeline and develop BAS, WebCTRL, and Salesforce skills.

Ideal candidates are coachable, curious, organized, and able to communicate clearly. Prior BAS experience helps, but eagerness to learn and a competitive drive matter most.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Full-time 18- to 24-month structured development program.
• Mobility/field work: ability to access construction sites.
• 3+ months basic proficiency with computer systems (MS Office).
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in BAS/HVAC/building automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities for BAS, controls, WebCTRL, service, renovation, and new construction.
• Partner with outside sales to research accounts and advance opportunities.
• Use Salesforce to maintain account, contact, opportunity, activity, and pipeline information.
• Support estimating, bid documentation, and customer deliverables.
• Review specs and drawings to assess opportunity fit and strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, estimating, engineering, operations, and project teams.
• Participate in field visits and site observations to connect learning with applications.
