Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking an Admissions Specialist in Utah to provide professional client communications, assist prospective clients through admissions, and refer to programs. You will proactively contact clinicians, explain services, and secure referrals to our programs.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or 2 years of relevant sales/marketing experience, plus 3+ years in sales, CRM/EMR proficiency, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, sales, or a related field or 2 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience/account management.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.
• Proficient in CRM and EMR software.
• Exceptional customer service and ability to connect with clients.
• Punctual with excellent attendance.
• Ability to work in high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Multitasking and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to understand OCD Anxiety Centers services and effectively communicates program features and benefits to potential and existing clients.
• Maintains and grows existing client relationships by learning and following admissions skills.
• Responds to all inquiries knowledgeably, with empathy within 24 hours.
• Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
• Follows up with prospective clients to maintain stage conversion rates and reschedule canceled appointments.
• Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms before end of work day.
• Helps navigate barriers for clients and assist them into OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
