Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Utah seeks an Admissions Specialist to professionally guide clients and families through admissions, coordinating with clinicians and referral partners. You will explain services, secure referrals, and maintain positive relationships with clients.

The role demands strong communication, data entry accuracy, and a commitment to exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment near UVU in Orem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, sales, or related field or 2 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience/account management
• Proven understanding of sales processes and customer relations

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to understand OCD Anxiety Centers services and communicates program features to clients.
• Maintains and grows existing client relationships by learning admissions skills.
• Responds to inquiries knowledgeably, with empathy within 24 hours.
• Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
• Follows up with prospective clients to maintain stage conversion rates.
• Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms daily.
• Helps navigate barriers for clients into OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
