Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, sales, or related field OR 2 years in sales/marketing.
• 3+ years in sales/marketing experience or account management.
• Expert understanding of sales processes and customer relations.
• Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficient in CRM and EMR software.
• Excellent customer service skills and client connection ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Adaptability to changing work environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to communicate program features and benefits to clients.
• Maintains and grows client relationships by applying admissions skills.
• Responds to inquiries within 24 hours with empathy.
• Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
• Follows up with prospective clients to maintain conversion rates and reschedule appointments.
• Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms by day end.
• Helps clients overcome barriers and access OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
