Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Utah seeks an Admissions Specialist to guide clients through admissions, build relationships with families and professionals, and promote our services. You will respond to inquiries, schedule intake appointments, and enter data into CRM/EMR with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of related experience in lieu of degree
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience/account management
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
• Proficient in CRM and EMR software
• Exceptional customer service and strong written/verbal communication
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Accurate data entry and punctual attendance

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to understand OCD Anxiety Centers services and communicates program features to clients
• Maintains and grows client relationships by applying admissions skills
• Responds to inquiries within 24 hours with empathy
• Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments
• Follows up with prospective clients to maintain conversion rates
• Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms
• Helps clients navigate barriers into OCD Anxiety Centers programs
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
