Job summary

Candidates should have a bachelor’s in communications or sales or 2+ years related experience; 3+ years in sales/marketing; strong customer service;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, sales, or related field or 2+ years related experience.
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience/account management.
• Expert understanding of sales processes and customer relations.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficient in CRM and EMR software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to communicate program features and benefits.
• Grows existing client relationships by applying admissions skills.
• Responds to inquiries within 24 hours with empathy.
• Schedules prospective clients for intake appointments.
• Follows up to maintain conversion rates and reschedule as needed.
• Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms daily.
• Helps clients navigate barriers into OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
