KSI Auto Parts in Miami, FL seeks an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer orders, verify information, and deliver exceptional service to automotive collision repair clients. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure timely delivery.

Experience in customer service or call centers is preferred. Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong multitasking ability.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with automotive parts/repair industry a bonus.
• Flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
