Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of customer service or sales order experience in auto parts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts terminology is desirable.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Proficient in order entry, CRM platforms, and Office tools.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team setting.
• Reading English for invoices and basic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers placing orders for automotive parts and accessories.
• Provide product guidance, availability, pricing, and compatibility info.
• Enter and process sales orders in ERP/CRM systems accurately.
• Verify part numbers and stock levels using internal catalogs.
• Upsell or suggest replacement parts to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping to confirm delivery timelines.
• Respond to inquiries about order status, returns, or warranty.
