Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Wholesale Inside Sales Representative to drive parts gross across multiple OEM brands from our Miami-area operations. You will manage orders by phone, email, and digital platforms, and build strong relationships with collision centers and independent repair facilities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in automotive parts sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle high-volume inquiries while ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive parts sales.
• Experience with multiple OEM brands preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume inbound sales activity while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Familiarity with OE catalogs and collision estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale parts sales through phone, email, and digital ordering platforms.
• Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple OEM brands and dealership inventories to maximize order capture.
• Build strong relationships with collision centers, independent repair facilities, and wholesale accounts.
• Support Outside Sales Representatives by providing inside sales coverage and opportunity development.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in dealership systems.
