City Auto Supply in San Leandro, CA is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, grow sales, and complete customer orders using automotive aftermarket cataloging and parts knowledge.

The ideal candidate is customer service–oriented and skilled at locating products to meet customer needs, collaborating with Branch Manager and Outside Sales Representatives to grow the business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive aftermarket internal/counter sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an installer book of business that meets and exceeds year-over-year sales targets.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and close deals with customers to secure sales.
• Maintain and utilize CRM sales data to identify category opportunities to grow customer base.
• Perform outbound calls / cold call prospective customers to generate sales.
• Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders for various NMG products and services, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts for current and new customers.
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers in completing their parts order.
• Develop strong connections with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and foster loyalty.
• Utilize aftermarket cataloging and parts knowledge to assist with customer needs and troubleshooting.
