Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional in the United States to promote automotive parts, answer questions, and drive revenue. You will handle order entry, pricing, and shipping details while delivering outstanding service to customers.

This role emphasizes accurate documentation, relationship building with new and existing clients, and guiding substitutions when parts are unavailable. Prior automotive experience is a plus, bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience required.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products, providing customer service, evaluating customer needs, and answering questions regarding parts, pricing, and services.
• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders and/or interchange and returns, etc.).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
• Process orders – order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
