You will collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure timely delivery.

Experience in customer service or call centers is preferred. Spanish bilingual is a plus.

As an Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer orders, verifying information, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the automotive collision repair industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
• Process and manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Verify customer information, such as addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.

Qualifications

The Customer Service Call Center Representative position at KSI Collison Parts will work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day. The schedule may vary based on business needs and may include occasional Saturdays. The Call Center’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:30AM-6:00PM. The specific schedule will be determined based on business needs and may vary.
